infoDurations must increase, and the shortest is floored at 5 minutes — below that a week of fleet history turns up thousands of stops. Settings are shared by everyone, so a stop means the same thing for every dispatcher.
infoA send that Telegram rejects — wrong chat, bot removed from a group — is never retried, because it would fail the same way every time. Only genuine network and outage failures are held.
info15 is as far as the radar data itself goes — NEXRAD has no more detail past that, so the setting cannot be raised higher. Shared by everyone, like the other map settings.
